- thomas paul Review added: 2018.04.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would warn anyone who goes here not to be sold a car from a young boy called Jack, his customer service skills lack experience of how to deal with a customer. I bought a car, but soon as the problems started, he disapeared from the face of the earth and ignored several emails. You could argue he only sells cars and doesent resolve issues as this is a different team allocated but a simple email to say hes forwarded the issue on to his manager would have resolved so so many issues. Ive sent a letter to the manager and help@evanshalshaw already. Certain individuals deserve credit and not everyone at the dealership is liable to my poor experience.
