- Luke Verona Review added: 2018.01.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lured into their store with promises of bargains. Paid 4x the price for some underlay. Realised in the car park so tried to return it less than 2 minutes after the sale. Was told no refunds. No attempt to resolve the issue with a goodwill gesture, just a total refusal to refund. Avoid at all costs.
I was promised a reolution by the manager but it seems her solution was to block me from the Facebook page and to ignore all contact attempts. The rot seems.to go up.
